2. Personal Data Processed and Purposes of Processing

Our company processes personal data in the following categories for the specified purposes:

2.1 Identity and Contact Information

First name, last name, email address, phone number, company name, title.

Purposes of processing: conducting the quotation and order processes; establishing and fulfilling the contractual relationship; complying with legal obligations; managing requests and complaints.

2.2 Customer Transaction Data

Order details, billing and shipping addresses, payment method type (card numbers are not processed), purchase history.

Purposes of processing: sale of goods and services; invoicing; delivery and logistics processes; accounting and financial obligations.

2.3 Digital Usage Data

IP address, browser type, pages visited, cookie data (see Cookie Policy).

Purposes of processing: ensuring website security and functionality; improving the user experience; statistical analysis.

2.4 Marketing and Communication Preference Data

Newsletter subscription, communication preferences.

Purposes of processing: sending commercial electronic communications based on explicit consent (under Law No. 6563).

3. Legal Bases for the Processing of Personal Data

Your personal data is processed in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) based on the following legal grounds:

Directly related to the conclusion or performance of the contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c)
Fulfillment of the data controller’s legal obligation (Article 5(2)(c) of the Personal Data Protection Law)
Legitimate interest (Article 5(2)(f) of the Personal Data Protection Law), provided that it does not infringe upon the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject
Explicit consent (only for processing for marketing and analytical purposes — Article 5(1) of the KVKK)

4. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be transferred to authorized public institutions and organizations in accordance with legal requirements; to suppliers and business partners within the scope of a contractual relationship; and to domestic software and hosting service providers for technical infrastructure services.

When it comes to the transfer of data abroad, we operate in accordance with Article 9 of the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and the safeguards established by the Personal Data Protection Board.

5. Retention Period for Personal Data

Your personal data is retained for the period required by the purpose of processing and thereafter until the legal retention obligations under applicable legislation (the Turkish Commercial Code, the Tax Procedure Code, etc.) expire; upon the expiration of these periods, the data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized using secure methods.

6. Rights of the Data Subject

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

The right to know whether your personal data is being processed
Request information regarding this, if it has been processed
The right to know the purpose of processing and whether the data is being used in accordance with that purpose
Knowing the third parties to whom data is transferred, whether domestically or abroad
Request that it be corrected if it is incomplete or has been processed incorrectly
Request for erasure or destruction under Article 7 of the KVKK
Do not request that the recipients be notified of the above actions
To object to a decision made solely through the automated processing of your personal data that adversely affects you
If you suffer damage as a result of processing that violates the law, you may request compensation for the damage

7. Application Process

To exercise the rights listed above, please submit the following documents along with proof of your identity:

Your request will be processed free of charge as soon as possible, depending on its nature, in accordance with Article 13 of the Personal Data Protection Law, and in any case within thirty (30) days.

8. Changes

Our company may revise this Privacy Notice in accordance with changes in legislation or updates to our data processing activities. The current version will always be published on our website.
