Çeşit Mensucat A.Ş. was founded in 1960 by Mümtaz Özbilen as Turkey’s first manufacturer of nylon fishing nets. Today, our company—now in its third generation of family management—has specialized in the production of high-strength technical nets since 1962; by combining over sixty years of production experience with modern engineering and advanced manufacturing technologies, we provide reliable net solutions worldwide.

Under the ShieldNets® brand, we manufacture building and construction safety nets, balcony and residential safety nets, sports nets, play and adventure park nets, agricultural and hay nets, bird protection nets, industrial and cargo-handling nets, marine safety nets, and defense and military net systems; we also develop custom solutions for specific projects.

All of our products are manufactured and tested in accordance with international standards. Our nets are certified in accordance with the TS EN 1263-1 and TS EN 13501-1 standards, and our production is carried out using first-class raw materials under the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system.

Today, ShieldNets®, a registered trademark of Çeşit Mensucat A.Ş., offers high-performance netting solutions in many international markets, particularly in Europe.
